Matters arising from minutes:
Planning for Nantyrhenglawdd has been withdrawn.
Branches on bridle path: Clerk to contact the owners of the Revolution Bike Park.
Marian Evans is prepared to fill in map of bridle & footpaths for Sian Mayor. Council pleased to accept her offer.

Concern over planning to build a road over the flood plain:
Group of concerned residents spoke to the Council. Darren Mayor explained this is an outline development plan first raised 18 months ago. Full planning would be required before any permission could be given. Planning office has requested the owners, Church in Wales, to undertake a flood risk assessment which could result in the proposal being removed from the outline plan. Highways have agreed to inspect the bridge and report back.

Local Development Plan:
Letter from Powys regarding next stage in this. Plans can be inspected up to March 11.

One Voice Wales:
Agreed to renew membership cost £54.

Toilets:
Bill for cleaning toilets (£67.50). Donations received totalled £57.00. Automatic lights need to be fitted and automatic tap in the ladies. Toilet in disabled needs attention. Low wattage lights needed by gents and ladies. Clerk to speak to Steve Mayer. Note added to notices in toilets to indicate position of honesty box.

Notice board needs new lock. Clerk to organise.
