Village workshops:
Alan Young, tenant of workshops asked if Council knew of Powys intention to sell these by auction on March 24.
Clerk had been notified on Feb 29, tenants letter dated Feb 24. None of councillors were aware.
Alan had been told that Powys were considering selling in 2014 but had had no further communication.
Alan also represented Shaun Harris who is very concerned about the effect on his work.
Darren Mayor has been contacted over this. Clerk asked to contact One Voice Wales for support in opposing this sale. Darren Mayor also to be contacted.

Some complaints over tractor marks and cuttings being left.
Grass Cutting:
No other tenders for cutting grass received proposed to accept Mr John Hughes.
Toilets:
Notice has been received that our lease is due for renewal. This needs to be queried as we did not take over the toilets until July. The grant for running the toilets was received at the end of July 2015. We have not received bills for water, electricity or rates.
What grant will be forthcoming for 2016? Clerk will contact Nicky Davis tomorrow.
Portaloo at Pennant Melangell:
The archdeacon for Montgomery had contacted the chairman for permission to put a portable toilet on the car park over Easter. It has been agreed subject to no more than 2 weeks and to be sited away from Glascoed
Rubbish dumped by Dol Hendre on private ground:
Will be removed when builder has finished renovations.
