- Discussion about response from Highways. Darren Mayor had voiced his concerns to representative.
- Notice had not been displayed until Sept 13 so still opportunities for objections.
- Meeting with Council executives is to take place on Monday 26 to discuss concerns.
- Dumping of rubbish:
- Darren Mayer had requested environmental health to inspect the site and is awaiting a reply.
- J.Hughes' final payment due:
- Passed for payment £655 (play field & cemeteries).
- Clerk's bill salary - £300, expenses £24.18:
- Public toilets cleaning bill £137.48 (2 months):
- Estimate for painting toilets from H. Jones & Son ( Llansanffraid) £ 945:
- Agreed to ask him to undertake the work .
- Electricity bill for toilets £ 48.30:
- Bill for toilet rolls £140.40:
- Water bill of £1526.00 for 13 months has been paid.
- Proposal for changes to parliamentary constituencies:
- Representations should be made within 12 weeks.
- Day time activities for older people:
- Day centres under review.

- When staff available to fix it it will be brought to Llangynog.

- Letter read from Dafydd Llewelyn inviting the public to respond to his strategic plan.
