Matters Arising from Previous Meeting:
Outstanding Roadworks: The Community Council have been asked to carry out a survey of all potholes and to prioritise each one, with a view to having the worst ones repaired first, with the lesser ones following on later.
Temporary Closure of Post Office: As there had still been no further information from the Post Office Customer Relations Department the Llangynog Post Office will remain temporarily closed, until such time as a replacement for the sub-postmaster is found. The nearest Post Office will be Siop Erianfa in Penybontfawr or Llanrhaeadr.
Any Other Business:
Co-option to Fill Vacancy for Community Councillor: The Community Councillors present considered the application from Jennie Eilbeck and resolved to co-opt her on to the Community Council at the next meeting on 15th July 2014.
Date of Next Meeting: The next Community Council meeting will be held on Tuesday 15th July 2014 at 7.30pm.
