Public Toilets:
J Jones and G Evans were thanked for their volunteering work fixing the honesty box on the public toilets wall.
It was decided to send a thank you note to Idris Morris for his assistance with the honesty box.
Llywela Lewis's bill for cleaning and sundries re the public toilets - £64.14.
Precept 2016/17:
On the proposal of H Williams, seconded by G Roberts, agreed to apply for a precept of £6,000 for the year 2016/17.
Planning Application:
Caroline Harris, Pengwern, for change of use of Pengwern annexe as a separate dwelling, to include an extension, loft conversion, garage, turbine shed and separate access drive. There were no objections.
Dangerous pothole:
It was agreed to report to the Highways Dept the dangerous road pothole by Pencaedu on the Bala Road.
